I come to your Auckland office
Group bookings make up most of my work. I bring a full mobile studio to your office, set it up in a spare room, and photograph your team where they already are.
That means nobody loses half a day travelling to a studio and back. For a team of thirty people, the difference between coming to you and everyone coming to me is a whole working day of your staff's time.
I photograph teams across Auckland city, the North Shore and the Hibiscus Coast, and I shoot from my own studio on the Hibiscus Coast for individual sessions.
A team page only looks like a team when the photos match
This is the part people underestimate. Most company websites end up with staff photos taken in three different places over two years, by three different people, in three different kinds of light. You can see it straight away, and it makes a business look less organised than it is.
When everyone is photographed in the same session with the same lighting, your team page holds together. New starters can be added later against the same set-up, so the page stays consistent as the team grows.
I have Master Level accreditation from The Portrait Masters and a background in marketing, so every shoot starts with what the images are for and where they are going to live.

What team headshots cost
$150 per person for teams of ten people or more.
Smaller teams are the same rate with a $250 set-up fee.
Allow around three minutes per person for a single outfit, and about five extra minutes per person if you want more than one outfit photographed.
Final images come back to you in one to two weeks. If you need them sooner, tell me and I will do my best to work to your date.

Team headshot questions
How much do corporate team headshots cost in Auckland?
Group headshots are $150 per person for ten people or more. Smaller teams are the same rate with a $250 set-up fee. Each person receives one chosen image, fully retouched in high resolution. Full pricing is on the pricing page.

How long does a team headshot session take per person?
Around three minutes each for a single outfit, plus about five extra minutes per person if you would like more than one outfit photographed.
What should our team wear for headshots?
Ask everyone to choose structured clothing rather than loose. This is the one that surprises people: when we feel self conscious we tend to reach for something baggy, but on camera baggy adds weight and reads as ill fitting. A jacket or shirt that fits now is the better choice even if it feels slightly snug, because I can pose people around a fitted garment. A blazer is worth bringing, as structure at the shoulder frames the face, and jacket on and jacket off gives two looks from one outfit. For a team, agree on a colour family rather than a uniform, and stay with solid colours so the finished set looks like it belongs together. Ask everyone to bring outfits clean, crease-free and on hangers, and to check their shoulders for lint before they step in front of the camera.
Are there patterns our team should avoid?
Yes, avoid small stripes and small checks. Fine repeating patterns fight with the camera sensor and create a shimmering, wavy distortion across the fabric called a moire pattern, which is very difficult to remove afterwards. A finely striped shirt or a small check jacket is the usual culprit, and it is worth naming those two directly when you brief your team. Solid colours are safest and larger patterns are generally fine.
How long until we get the final images?
One to two weeks for corporate groups. Let me know if you need a faster turnaround and I will do my best to accommodate it.
Can you photograph a team of thirty people in one visit?
Yes. Larger teams are a normal part of this work. At around three minutes per person for a single outfit, a team of thirty is comfortable in a single visit.
What do we need to provide at our office?
A room with a bit of space to set up the mobile studio. Get in touch and we can talk through what works at your location before the day.
